Advanced dimensional control

The metrology room

GHIDONI’s metrology room is the heart of quality control and allows dimensional and geometric testing to be carried out on precision mechanical components and mechanical parts for third parties. Equipped with CMM machines and advanced measuring instruments, it allows tight tolerances and complex geometries to be verified with absolute reliability.

Intermediate checks during CNC machining and final tests are carried out here, ensuring that mechanical parts comply with the highest standards. This attention to detail sets GHIDONI apart from its competitors, ensuring precision machining, reliable measurements, and finished products ready for industrial use.
